The Carter / Higgins 2023 Sale was a step up in stock quality from 2022.  As a reminder, Linden Carter was in the sale ring around 7 days after a heart procedure in 2022.  This fact made an impact on the 2022 sale.  However, Linden Carter was back to himself and on top of the game at the 2023 sale and the prices, stock and complete atmosphere was stepped up.
