D.C.Neeley (pictured in Cowboy Hat) was a mule man through and through.  D.C. was never Mr. Neeley to anyone who particiated in Columbia Mule Day, he was simply D.C.  D.C. believed in God, Family and Mules.  He was an amazing asset to the beginning and continuing of Columbia Mule Day for so many years. 

D.C. blessed this world with his presence for 96 years and passed away Saturday December 30th 2023. 

Rick Neeley, D.C. son, shared he will be at the Oakes and Nichols Funeral home in Columbia.  Arrangements will be made and announced early in the first week of January.

For all who knew him, a void will be felt.  Fly high D.C. and join that wagon ride in the sky with so many who have gone on before you.
