Hoover Mules hits the floor running in a few hours to prepare for one of the biggest mule / horse sales in the South.  Ole Timers are sharing this is the largest sale around since mule sales were held in Dickson Tennessee. 

The Hoover Family will definitely be up to the challenge.  Everybody will be hands on early, there will be many hours without sleep as this family undertakes preparing the grounds, accepting stock, setting up concessions, setting up the office, feeding and caring for 600 plus head, moving the stock through the sale, loading out after the sale and finally cleaning up.  Whew!  All of this will be done with a smile on their face and caring for everyone's requests as this event progresses.

Dixie will start with a walk through the barn Wednesday upon arriving and later that night.  A sale catalog has been released several days ago which holds near 90% of their stock.

This sale is organized and will move quickly. 

Mules will sale on Thursday (11th) with horses selling on Friday (12th) of this coming week.  This is only the second sale of five that many in the mule industry will attend in January.  The sales are located in three states and as much as 1000 miles apart.  Dedicated or crazy .... bottom line it is an exciting time for consignors and buyers.
