The Waiting Game that Paid Off

By the luck of the draw . . . .  Omar Smoker comes out ahead!

At the January Jonas King Mule Sale, Omar Smoker had a family event and asked to have the last slot of the draw for the order of the mules to sale.  He ended up taking most of them back home due to low bids.

At the time, he had no choice but to take the mules back home and consider another outlet to sell.  Of course he was not the only one in 'sticker' shock after the January Sales.

Omar, along with several others holding three year olds, knew there was really only one answer --- consign and sell.

Omar, as well as others, returned to the Jonas King March Mule Sale with their game faces on.  It paid off for Omar Smoker as one of his mules stepped in to the high selling spotlight at $11,900.

Another consignor was John Stoltzfus of Maryland who had several over $10k consignments.
