RUSTY
At this time Rusty is not breeding for the public.
Rusty is being previewed due to the amount of mule colts he sires and are sold generally sold at the January Sale in Lebanon the past few years.

I point this jack out for two reasons.  First, his colts are amazing in confirmation.  Second, the attitude of his colts are unbelieveable.

For the past four years I have had an eye on Rusty's colts, have followed them and kept detailed notes.  Each and everyone of them are amazingly calm.

At the 2026 January sale, around ten of these colts were kept in a large pen together.  Perspective buyers were amazed at the ability for several people at a time to walk in the pen with the colts.  It put one in mind of a bunch of children in a  puppy pen at the local pet store.

The biggest threat of the colts, were them walking out behind you like a household pet.  This attitude has been wittnessed all the way through age four.  The colts don't change.

A fact to think about: Generally mules have to be a minimum of five or six to go to bird hunter facilities.  It takes this long to build the confidence in the team knowing they will be qualified for this type of facility.   A pair of Rusty colts AGE 2 was accepted at a facility and the owners were amazed at their age, attitude and ability.

Add confirmation and color, this makes Rusty an outstanding jack.  Rusty belongs and resides at the Chris Miller Family Farm in Cadiz Kentucky.
Below are some of Rusty's colts from the past few years.
He also has a new batch of colts on the ground for 2026.
